For those of you on the waitlist who called and got the direct phone number for your WL manager, does calling that "direct" number just transfer you to the general Kellogg admissions line?

I'm trying to get into contact with my WL manager and they are apparently not in their office or not answering. I suppose I can just leave a message.

I left a voicemail last week, I was going to call again today (hopefully things slow down), if I still didn't get in touch, I was just going to send an email and setup a time to talk.

I'm in! Received the call at 12:55 EDT. Could not be more excited. My coworkers informed me that I didn't sound quite as excited as they thought I would have been on the phone :-P. Not sure about that, but either way, my internal excitement is through the roof right now.

Now comes the difficult part. I have a full-tuition scholarship to Ross, and I did not receive scholarship information during my admit call. I'm assuming that means that I'm not receiving any of their named scholarships and that any scholarships going forward will be minimal. Kellogg has always been my #1 choice, so now I have to weigh the present value of full-tuition vs. the Kellogg brand and my personal fit/passion for the school. I have visited both schools and had an awesome experience at both. Going to need to make some phone calls now…

Waitlisted - checked my online status and figured that I have been waitlisted (didn't get any email, though).

Kellogg is definitely my first choice but looks like I have to wait for another month or two before my fate is sealed. Any ideas how many waitlists got converted last year? Any pointers as to what to do when waitlisted?

BTW my profile is - 26/M/780/4.0 undergrad from top tier/Indian in US/4 yr WE in High Tech/decent interviews.

I'm in! It was a long long wait checking my status 5 times a day for the past 3 weeks...
Best luck to those who are still awaiting your decisions.
Reading several others reporting accpetance from Kellogg, the last day is NOT the ding day after all.

Just got the admit call to the MMM program. Quite pleased. Clearly Admissions is working up to the last minute so good luck to everyone still waiting!

call the general number and they will be able to tell you who your wait list manager is and give you their direct line.

call the general number and they will be able to tell you who your wait list manager is and give you their direct line.

So my class schedule is much more tolerable this spring...Fall and Winter I took way too many very difficult classes. Spent all my time doing homework, going to meetings, trying to spend a few minutes with my wife. Oh year and doing the job hunt.

That said...I hope to be around here much more often once again.

I believe it was yesterday. Did you check your status online? Some people have been seeing their results there even though they didn't get an email notification.

Round 2 decision deadline was March 29, so if you're sure that you made all the Round 2 deadlines and haven't heard yet, then I'd check with them to see what's going on.

what's peculiar is that there was really no waitlist activity on this day last year in both forums but lots of activity around mid-april [which i assume coincides with R1 deposit deadlines?]. but maybe the dates were different in prior yera? anyways, good luck everyone.
