Just created an account on this forum to share my interview experience. I was interviewed on 26/11. This was an OFF-CAMPUS Alumni Interview.
The questions (Not in order):
1. Walk me through your resume.
2. Share the organizational structure within which I operate
3. Share a few challenging professional experiences. How I navigated through the situation? What I did in those situations? What interpersonal skills I demonstrated during those moments? What results I generated?
4. What one thing have I learned from my different professional experiences?
5. What do you find most challenging or difficult about your job?
6. What do you love about consulting?
7. Why MBA and why now? Why Kellogg?
8. What will you bring to Kellogg?
9. Which other schools have you applied to? If you got into all of them, how would you choose which one to attend?
10. What has been your most significant leadership experience?
11. What is your leadership style?
12. What do you struggle with while managing people?
13. Difference between leader and manager
14. How did you handle a challenging situation in your team?
15. What kind of teammate is hard to work with? Give an instance.
16. Short term/Long term goals
17. How did you deal with pressure from your boss. What did you do to sort things out?

A few more, but mostly related to what I have mentioned above. My interview lasted about 1 hour and 20 mins.
My Suggestions:
1) Don't fake anything
2) Know what you have done in your personal/professional life
3) Be prepared to talk, talk and talk.
