Completed my in person interview today. It was with Senior Associate Dean of MBA programs. Very good informal discussion. 1. TMAY & why MBA 2. What role do you play in team work usually & how did you navigate conflict with example 3. What quantative work do you do in day to job, are you well verse with excel... 4. Whats one positive thing about you and one thing you can inprove on, that your colleagues will tell about you....what did you do to improve on the shortcoming 5. Questions for me if any We continued a long conversation beyond this... about life at D.C., diversity, community and career support at McDonough.
