I blame the way colleges recruited people To be honest, non tech -> PM roles Or non financial to IB roles require a lot of effort Not everyone can transition, and the others get fired

its so easy to get fired nowadays too b schools need to be honest and prefer candidates with experiene if you want to address bad job yield stop stat chasing

your worke xperience > everything else

Yep Esp for finance and consulting Tech -> not so much

i had a bad gpa, below average test scores and received interviews at cornell and UNC probably wouldnt have happened without my banking experience consulting esp, imo theyre even worse for firing than finance
