Chances are generally bleak to get off round 2 waitlist but if you can show material improvement (like bumping your gmat from 685 > 705) or a job promotion, the needle might move.

My interview was straightforward, was 30-40 seconds long

I was asked, why Mba in US, how I'm funding my MBA, and what was the basis of my scholarship

Reporting bias. People are more likely to report their failures to seek support/help. Don't worry, it's hard to get rejected if you have a good offer. Just be confident.

Are you taking debt?

How did you show your intent to come back to India.

Reporting bias. People are more likely to report their failures to seek support/help. Don’t worry, it’s hard to get rejected if you have a good offer. Just be confident.
