Just came home to find an interview invite between November 10 and December 3. M/28/US/650/4.5 years WE.

congrats wooster and zmfatla!

this week just 2 invites from Gmatclub????
so now does it mean the next batch is on next monday????
tis wait is a killer :(

bherronp said there should be typically 3 clumps..but if invites are going to go out till dec i guess there shld be another 3-4 batches...

guess we will hear of some super interview invites today!

Has anyone decided whether they think the super-day invite is a positive indicator or a negative indicator (relatively speaking)?

My opinion would be that it is a very positve thing as they are trying to showcase thier university. I would almost view it as an accpeted unless you totally blow it type thing. I unfortunately have not been invited to anything. In closing I would be pretty jacked if I were you and was invited to the Super Interview ( terrible name by the way)

Done with Interview!

I was interviewed by a second year student. Few others were interviewed by adcom. The interview was exactly 30 minutes, I wish it was a bit longer!

Describe your goals
Why Ross
Leadership experiences
Tough time handling a team member
Any questions for me

I wasn't asked anything about my extra curricular activities, which really upset me. I had 1000 things to talk about. I guess they were strictly following the time limit!

The Discover Ross event was amazing! The caliber of other prospective students attending the event was outstanding.
We did a case workshop as well - the best part of the event.

Oh and I also met Darden2010, it was really fun chatting with her.

Hello folks,

Congrats to all the interviewees.

I am an applicant for R1 too. But I did not post sofar as only yday I heard from Ross that my app is incomplete. When I called them I found out that they goofed up and because of that my app has not even been passed on to admissions committee so far. It is now supposed to be forwarded for review. I hope this whole goof up does not hurt my chances. What do you folks think?

If the mistake was on their end then I don't think you have anything to worry about.

I got a similar mail from an admission assistant; that I forgot to give an imp detail( degree & date awarded). However, I checked my application and it seems fine to me:-|. Well...I guess I will call them now and clarify!

just skipped a heartbeat when i saw a mail frm "Ross Admissions" . turns out its a reminder for the survey they sent out some time back....

in this techno savy world cant they just run a query and send the batch email to those who have not completed it instead of givin all of us minor attacks!

can someone give the suject line for the mail with interview invites? atleast tht will save another attack!

And the email sender was "Application Interview for MBA"

Just received an invite to the Michigan Super Saturday thing. Ann Arbor is so far...looks interesting though, and I really should check out the school. Need to think about it, my travel budget is getting low.

I just got an email from Ross Admissions that my application is complete and currently under review by the admissions comittee. Did anyone else get this prior to an interview invite or did I just get an informal ding?
