Wow...ann arbor is outrageously cheap for housing. I've lived in the SF bay area for the past 6 years so I'm used to $1000+ rents. You can you a whole apartment for less than $1000. I am bored and starting to craigslist apartments.

It'll get even cheaper if you go in on a house with a few of your classmates (do they do that in b-school?). I paid 350$ for one of the nicer rooms in my house (on Arbor Street, if you're looking at a map) the last year as an undergrad. Plus, there's A TON of houses within a 5 minute walk of the new building. 
According to the website, there are a few really nice apartment buildings that a lot of the Ross grad students live at that are maybe a 5 minute drive from campus. I noticed the rents go up the closer one gets to the campus. Has anyone heard about the parking situation? I imagine if there are a lot of MBA students willing to live a short drive away, there must be some reasonable parking setup.
