Check out the first post of this thread, no dollar amounts, but it notes who got scholarship money.

I only got a voicemail and email. I called adcom back to ask about scholarships, but she hasn't returned my call

After talking to the financial aid person at super saturday, she said that we would be notified of scholarships during admittance. So I am guessing no $$$.

Free parking is nearly impossible near the b-school, the undergrads that live around it never move their cars.
There is a parking structure attached to the b-school, MBAs can only buy parking passes that allow them to park there on weekends or weekdays after 3 PM. There is a public structure a few blocks away, and its pretty cheap (80 cents an hour). However, it fills up early.

Overall, parking is annoying. Most of us take the bus or walk. And yes, I walked home today in 11 degree weather. But i'm crazy (apparently).

Actually that sounds pretty typical for a school in a highly populated area. How are the busses though? Like my partner and I are looking at the Harbor House complex (they appear to have a pretty nice 2 bedroom with a loft), but it's 2-3 miles away from campus I believe. Would there be a city or campus bus that runs out there?

I checked last year's thread and the $$$ weren't as spectacular as I remember. Three people got $20K and one got $5K.

This year we've got two so far, so I guess it's not that far off.

Just for reference, last year's R1 had:

17 that applied
13 that got interviews (76% of those that applied)
11 admits (85% of those interviewed)
2 waitlisted (one of them was waitlisted w/o interview).

Ann Arbor has a pretty good transit (bus) system. It covers most of the city (and some of the townships outside of the city), especially the downtown core (which is right next to the UMich campus).

I can't imagine you'd have any trouble using the bus if you're only a few miles from campus.

Have any Indian applicants (either from India or international) received an admit call or email? I only saw 3 or 4 report admits on BW. We have twice the number of applicants in R1, almost a similar % of interviews but no admits among Indians or for that matter, any intls.

Based on the numbers I am going to make a prediction.

At least one person will get an admit tomorrow without having received a phone call.

If I'm right, that person (or persons) has to give me kudos.

I haven't posted on here yet but have been viewing this board for a while. Especially since I received my "we haven't heard from you since we offered you an interview 1.5 months ago... are you still interested?" call.

I just wanted to say congrats to those already admitted!

I didn't get a call from Ross this week so I’m not expecting great things come midnight. However, I figure what's the harm in being optimistic for another 100 minutes. Good luck to those in the same boat as me and lets hope refurb is on to something with his prediction!
