I was asked how I heard about MLT, a time I showed leadership, what would I do to strengthen my profile if I wasn’t accepted, what i do when phased with a difficult decision, how I’m preparing for the gmat, about why I’d be a good candidate even though I have less than 3 years experience. There were also a few written questions about work experience and asking to explain any gaps in employment.

How did everyone’s interview go? My internet started to mess up while I was taking my interview on a few of the questions. Put in a request to reset a few of them. Couldn’t see myself.

Oh no! I’m sure they’ll let you reset it. That’s a pretty understandable issue. Mine seemed to record everything without a hitch, so I’m trying not to obsess too much about what I could have done better on until they send out the R1 results in a few months.

The questions definitely weren't hard but I was choppy and screwed up one of them badly (How do you make a difficult decision). Does anyone know how important the interview process is as opposed to the actual written application?

Completed my interview yesterday. I thought we would have less time to deliver so I was pleasantly surprised to see it was more than a minute. Anyone knows if we hear 4-6 from R1 deadline or from interview completion date?

How important is the interview to the application process? I definitely could have done better and screwed up on one of the questions. I plan on taking the GMAT by the December deadline.

Just completed my interview process. Glad they let me retake it due to technical issues. I don't think one portion is weighed more than the other. The interviews weren't as bad as long as your nerves were calm. i've been through this process before and was waitlisted last time. They changed the video interview process a bit.

I asked during the webinar today. They said it’s around 40%. But it varies depending on how many people apply. I think they said they plan to accept about 300 applicants this year.

I heard most people apply in the second round. This is why i was advised to apply in this round as opposed to the second round.

I applied R1 and did my interview on Labor Day. I haven’t heard anything back.

Stats:

2.5 years in finance at a top healthcare company
Did not submit a gmat score

I feel like my interview couldve been better (fumbled over my words a bit), but we will see!

Let me know if you guys hear anything and I’ll do the same!
