Hi Guys,

I submitted my application on 23rd October and are yet to hear from the school. Can those who have heard from the school please let me know the timeline for hearing back from the school?

Also, I had given my GMAT in 2014 and had selected NUS as once of my schools for submitting my GMAT score. But the checklist shows a 'cross' against the GMAT score indicating that the school has not received my GMAT school. Has anyone else faced this issue? And will the school not review my application till they receive the official GMAT score?

You can email them to ask about your application status..a lot of people who submitted around that time have heard back
Did you attach your unofficial score report? I did not, so received an email after submission asking me to submit the unofficial report (Had also sent the official score to the school)
You can email them for the same!

Thanks RPUG07. I did attach my unofficial score report. Official score must have been sent to the school as i selected NUS as one of the schools when i gave my GMAT in 2014.
One of my recommenders had submitted his recommendation on 1st December. Do you believe that might have been the reason for delay? Does evaluation begin after completion of recommendation submission?
I have dropped an email to them yesterday but some inputs from people who know the process well would be great.
Thanks!

Yes i think that might be the reason for delay since complete application includes the recommendations as well
Don't worry..they will reply to your email
All the best!

That's awesome! Congrats! You're admitted to the NUS full-time program? Also, did you write to them asking them about it or did they send out the offer themselves?

I had my preliminary interview on 29th November 2017. Haven't heard back from them since then. Any idea on the tentative timeline? Inputs would be appreciated.

I was interviewed in Mumbai on 26th. I was told that they will get back in a couple of weeks. Still waiting for their revert.
Has anyone who was interviewed in end of November in Mumbai heard back?

Hey guys,

Couple of questions
1. Does anyone know the Recommendation questions for NUS? I couldn't find the questions on gmatclub or any other forum
2. Can anyone paste the email-id of the adcom? I have a query regarding application that I want to ask them

Thans

GMAT: 680 Quant:46 and Verbal: 33

I have a (BE) in Electronics and Instrumentation with a 6.67 GPA (BITS Pilani - 2015)
Class X is 92.4 percent and Class XII is around 86 percent (CBSE - 2010)

I've been working as a Strategy Consultant over the past two years and had a Business Analyst role for six months before that.

Do you think I have a shot at NUS or NTU with this score? Or should I give GMAT another try?

680 is not a bad score for NUS/NTU at the same time not an outstanding one. Adcom uses score to evaluate whether you will be able to complete their program or not. I see you have good school percentages ...not sure about GPA though ....is it 6.67 out of 7? or 10?
