FYI. I (R3) received an email just now from Admissions explaining the admissions process and giving me a password to check my status in the future.

I got this too a few days ago. But been checking everyday and the status is the same. "Under Review"

ckchua when I log in I don't see "Under Review" anywhere. Just a few paragraphs of text and an area to update my address and phone number. Where does yours say "Under Review"?

All R2 applicants, please keep hope. I submitted my app few hours before 11:59pm 15th and received invites just now. My concern is whether I should schedule interview 29th Jan or 19th next month. The earlier, the better? Who could tell me?

Great job Julie. Suggest you do it sooner than later. You have a week to prep which should be sufficient time :-D

There's many hotels kind of circling it - not too many chainy places (marriott, starwood, etc). May want to reach out to the admissions office to see if they have deals with any local hotels. There is a Courtyard Marriott (SoHO) and W Hotel (union square) close by.

I got an email saying my status changed and the status page has the actual letter. Also got a call later during the afternoon from my interviewer.

SC29 Thank you! I got 44Q 39V. Yes, there is hope!! I completely understand how you feel though..I felt really down about it for a long time but eventually just forced myself to not dwell on it because I can't really change it. I think they really take into account all aspects of your profile/fit with Stern and 680 is within range so don't worry too much!

I have same question here. I got e-mail yesterday so I logged in but cannot find any status except my contact #.

On a related note. I tried updating my contact info because for some reason my home number and mobile numbers are inverted but the system doesn't want to reflect the update.
