Nikhil, I am from Russia, studied in Bulgaria and Ireland. My background is in political science. Undergrad gpa 3.3, grad gpa 3.9. GMAT 660. Currently I am an entrepreneur. I guess my strong sides were my essays and my interviews during the application process, since I got waitlisted by Duke, Cornell, and Teper. Unfortunately, my GMAT was too low for them. However, I am thrilled to attend Vanderbilt!

I got excited when I got the interview invite but later discovered vandy interviews everybody

Its good for the applicants though I feel

I don't believe they interview everyone, they interview around 70 to 80 percent applications and data shows they admit around 60 percent after interview. I spoke to current students and adcoms they confirmed the same thing as well. Decisions are also on rolling basis first they admit domestic students and then internationals. Let's hope for the best.

i deeply hope my interview counts so much, it was an amazing interview and the interviewer told me about how impressed she was about me several times... we also had a lots of laughs and wow moments
