I don't think they're done with the calls yet based on previous rounds (took more than one day to get them all out).

Do they leave a message if you miss the call? My office phone doesn't have a history of incoming calls.

Looking at past threads, people received the news from voicemails as well as from second calls after seeing a 734 missed call w/o voicemail. It may depend on the person calling and the time remaining until official decision day.

Congrats to everyone that got the call today. Hoping there are a lot more through the end of the week!

Well since it's after five eastern, I've tallied up some numbers for day and assuming I didn't miss anything

R2
45 people interviewed/10 admitted

R1
35 people interviewed/26 admitted + 5 waitlisted

If you extrapolate the R1 numbers to R2 there would be 33 admits and 6 waitlists. Obviously this is a small sample and whatnot, but it does give me some hope that admit calls are not complete.

I have not been invited for an interview.. But I received my UMich Id no and access to Wolverine..

Does this mean that I have hope? Or is this mail sent to every applicant???

Interesting. According to last year's thread, 6 out of 13 interviewed got admitted in R2. So if that ratio is applied to this year's numbers, then we would expect roughly 20 or so people getting admitted in R2. But again, this is a very small sample size.

Just checked the Wolverine link and my credentials are incorrectly listed. Great...what do I do now? It listed an extra GMAT date. I am a re-applicant so I really hope this did not screw me over.

D, didn't ask about how long they are calling people, but she did seem to think it was funny people were nervous about not getting calls at this point which made me think they have a while to go still. Good luck.

OK, let's do some calculations. Based on BW stats, roughly 620 students were accepted, so conservatively speaking, that's probably 200-300 calls for R2, so let's say 250. So far only 3 people from admissions that we know of have been making calls. If we assume that it's 5 minutes per call, then it's roughly 7 hours per person, which is roughly an entire work day. Since they probably have other things to deal with during the day, combined with the fact that an admissions person said calls didn't go out till after 11 AM today, I'm thinking there will still be calls going out tomorrow. Maybe less than half, but still a significant number. I believe that in the past, they split calls over two days for R2. But again, this is just my prediction to make myself feel better, so take it with a grain of salt.
