Does anyone know how long the calls go on for? Will there only be calls today?


soo-jin mentioned they are trying to get them done by Friday....chances are if you don't hear by end of day thursday then you are getting dinged or waitlisted... :(

I really wish they'd just send an email. Reading it would make me just as excited as hearing it. The personal touch is overrated.

Agreed. I'd much rather have them say a certain day is the day you find out and that all admits are batch emailed out at once. That way you know when it starts, and when it's over, no guessing and anxious waiting.

Ha this is what it feels like at my company when there are layoffs- calls are made from HR who is sitting in a random conference room. The number circulates throughout the building so people know when they get the call. Everyone just sits there anxiously waiting all day.

Just got the call, but no $. I was really excited for UM too, but now I have some reservations. Was at the Super Interview event, but it look like that didn't help.

I doubt it though it seems that earlier in the morning was more intl students and there are a handful of supersaturday invitees getting admits.

In! Got an e-mail from admissions due to time zone differences. I was invited to Super Saturday during the initial invite phase but did not attend.

BTW, did anyone w/ an e-mail notification get any scholarships? Just wondering if the lack of any mention of it on the e-mail means that I'm SOL or if I should just check again on Friday through the website...

It depends they send in two batches I believe Soojin gave the dates she would release invites on her blog for R2.
