Ross was my first choice and first application written. I think I definately got better at doing the application process as time as time went on. That's kind of how it works I guess.

Ross was a stretch for me anyhow. Best of luck on Monday I need I too. As an international applicant it'll still be a tough decision for me with the visa process issue withforeign applicants

Looks like its time to remove Ross from my list of possible options. Didn't get an invite on 01/17 and didn't get an invite today as well. I have one last opportunity on Monday but looks like the chances are very slim.

Ross was actually the first application I submitted and did spend quite some time on this app!

Kinda hurts!

hang in there...even if you are the last candidate to be invited, at the end of the day, you have the same standing as the others....so relax...the invites are not sent in any order so it doesnt mean that your app is weak....there is still hope so stay positive...

thts true actually....the order in which i applied to schools was mainly on the basis of their deadlines...and in the end i noticed that as i progressed, my app got more refined and i could think about more things to share in the essays....

so the order of yr apps does matter...you want yr top schools to be somewhere in the middle so that you can put up the best app. it shldnt be first since yr app is not yet refined...and it shldnt be last coz by then you're just scrambling to finish the process....

Can anyone tell me what % of interviewees are accepted finally? I got an invite but I heard that they call a lot of folks for interview and admit very few, is that true?

hi sniper...the roll call on page 1 will be updated soon...u'll get all the info for the stats tht u need...

with regard to the success rate for interviews, if you look at the stats for R1, the success rate is pretty high for the gmat club members...out of the total 107 candidates, roughly 50% were invited for interviews and from that, 90% got the admits..!! thts something u shld be happy with if you have the invite...

but of course, these are only for gmat club members....we cant really comment on the overall stats...

If you take the BW stats of 60% of total applicants interviewed and 25% accepted, it's about 41%.

I scheduled my class visit and interview on Monday the 14th. Does anyone have suggestions on a inexpensive but close hotel that is within walking distance?
