Me too, scheduled interview in the afternoon of Feb 14th.

Couldn't decide between renting a car or taking the shuttle. How bad is the parking situation at Ross? Have been to a couple of other schools last week where parking is extremely challenging; just don't want to repeat the same mistake.

My flight into AA gets in on the 13th around 1pm. I figured I would find a close hotel that I could walk around AA and explore the school (aka the bars).

I'm looking to avoid driving if I can.

Just wanted to survey the people who have decided to do their interview on-campus your reason for choosing the on-campus option as opposed to the off-campus option. Is it because you haven't visited the campus?

I'm torn on this decision because I already visited the campus in December and I really do not feel like spending money on hotel and transportation if I don't have to.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Parking is pretty rough, but there is a garage a few blocks northwest of the school that you can get into if you arrive relatively early. Personally, if you're coming in the day before and leaving immediately afterwords, just take the shuttle. It's not like you're going go party and then drive back to the hotel afterwards anyways.

Parking isn't that bad. There is a covered parking structure that charges like 80 cents per half hour I believe. It is on the corner of Forest and Hill Street. About 2 blocks from the Ross building....cab ride from nearby hotels isn't bad either especially if it is snowing...

I actually parked in the metered spots right in front of the building. There were several open around mid-morning -- well worth the 75 cents if you can find one.

Hey guys

I am kind of leaning towards an interview over skype as there are no alumni in my city and flying out within the next two weeks is going to be pretty difficult for me. Is there anyone out here who opted for a skype interview? Did you have to give exact reasons for opting skype? Any chance this choice might not go down too well with the adcom?

I am from India. I got mine arnd 1am IST (saturday). Not a re-applicant though.

The Sheraton is $150 a night but if you walk down the street, the Red Roof Inn is $59 a night.

Hey.. u joining Ross or Said??? I am pretty much confident about Ross R2 (had a great interview but with bad experiences in R1 still cannot rejoice without first seeing an admit letter :) ).

well, im definitely joining ross out of the 2....tht is for sure..but im on the WL for duke and tht is a confusing decision for me...shld i wait, shld i enroll, etc etc...

I havent researched Duke (probably one reasons why I did not apply thr.. I was totally out of time). But, you would know better.. I would say if you know where you want to go after your MBA, you wont have a tough time deciding between the two...
