Any predictions/knowledge of when "The calls" will begin. I know D-Day is officially march 8 but apparently adcom starts calling people a week before then...that would mean admit calls start next week!

Well, just thought about this very thing. R1 deadline was on January 15, but internationals started getting calls on 11, and locals on the day after. By the same logic, calls will start on March 4 - exactly one week more to go.

2 dings to this day, I could certainly use an admit.

hi Yeltsina,

i think the calls will start earlier this time. the main reason for that is that there is a weekend in between and there would be no calls on those 2 days I think. That means its probable that the calls may start from Mar 2nd..

I would think so, but don't quote me on it. It's finals week here at Ross, so things are a bit crazy, for students, at least. MAP starts on March 7, so I would think that the offices should remain open next week for any MAP preparation tasks.

Hi guys,

Sorry for being absent for the past weeks.
Works has been hell since I was approved. Not only I've been interviewing a lot to find someone to replace me, but also I've travelling the entire country to close some bids.

Good luck to all R2 applicants. I'll try to check the forum on the weekend to update the stuff.

I have a deposit due for another business school on the 10th (which means I need to send the money by the 8th) .....anyway I can expedite the process? may be by sending them an email?

hi SMH. you most definitely cant expedite the process for any school. One thing you can do is ask for an extension to the deposit deadline. I have seen many cases where an extension of about a month was given. be creative with yr reason for extension and you should get one.

in case you are not given the extension, then the only thing you can do is to wait for a phone call or email from ross during the 1st week of march. ross contacts all its admitted students before the decision deadline to give them the good news personally. if you are admitted, then you will definietely be contacted before the deadline. if not, then most likely you are WL or ding....so then you can go ahead with the payment to the other college....
