As least with previous year, Ross required 1 coverletter and you have the option to rewrite any essay but they are not required.

I am a re-applicant and will be applying Rd 1. I was waitlisted this past admission cycle and was sent an email saying that I will be given a feedback session in late july. Few questions for those who have re-applied at Ross before:
1) Do I need to email the adcom and ask for an appointment for feedback? Do I email to my app manager or just the generic adcom email?
2) Is there a word limit on cover letter, from the experience of re-applicants who got in..how long was your cover letter?

3) Any advice for re-applicants?

I love Ross program and it sucked when I got off the waitlist....hoping to get an admit this time.

Thanks in advance

I was a reapplicant from last year. I think since you were waitlisted you stand a very strong chance. In my opinion there isn't much difference in reapplication except that you should try to bring in as much insight IN ADDITION to you previous application. My coverletter was 800 words, basically covered my life from the time I hit submit to the new application. I also we wrote 3 of the 4 essays, (one was good enough that I didn't think I could tell the same story from another angle). However, my questions were the same both years, this year they changed questions.

Also my interview last year was bad and this year I clicked with the new person much better so that helped. But since you were waitlisted, I'm sure you did fine in the interview.

Goodluck, if you're in AA let me know. We'll grab a beer.

Thanks for the words of encouragement Go Bruins!! I am very happy for you..for getting into Ross. Getting on waitlist only got me more excited about the program. One of the things I wanted to know was if you got any feedback after your first time application. I got an email from Ross when I was rejected that I will get a feedback from them in late july. I wanted to know if I should reach out to them or wait for them to reach out to me. Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks once again,

I'm interested in cleantech and sustainability, but I'm not interested in spending an extra year for the Erb Institute program.

Would this hurt my chances with Ross?

I am a reapplicant and will be applying in the first round. I did receive an email that I would be contacted by late July to receive feedback. However, I have not receive the email yet and unfortunately my email has a problem. So I cannot check the email and I am not sure whether the email about feedback session has been sent to applicants. Could anyone confirm or give suggestion please?

Thank you very much.

I am in the same situation..I was waitlisted last year and was sent an email informing me about the feedback session in late July. I haven't heard anything yet. Should I email adcom to request a feedback session? Any re-applicants can shed some light on this?

Thanks in advance,
