I had my alumni interview last week in LA. They'll have your resume and nothing else. It was mostly conversational and best I could tell he had no set questions he was supposed to ask. I guess they put a lot of faith in their alums. I got the usual walk me through your resume, why an MBA, why Ross, blah, blah. He didn't give me any real curveballs but without a defined set of questions the opportunity for a question out of left field exists.
This is largely conjecture on my part, it is possible he reviewed the questions prior to meeting with me and didn't feel the need to have them in front of him.
All in all it was positive experience and he, like pretty much everyone else that I've spoken to, was in love with Ross.
Now I sit and wait.

We met at his office, he booked a conference room.
If you're going to a coffee shop or cafe don't stress out too much about whether or not to foot the bill. You can make the offer and in all likelihood they are going to decline. All I would be careful of is assuming they are going to pick up the bill, just make the offer to pick up the whole thing or your portion. That aspect of the interaction won't make or break you.

And that was received as well. If they would require something more, they would get back in touch with us.
