Any input friends? Do i have to submit my official score to ross by the application deadline?

You definitely want to get your scores in ASAP, but they will accept your application for Round 2 if you've only self-reported. My official scores probably didn't get there until a day or two after the deadline. They won't look at your app until it's all in.

Hi! Thanks for your help! I had a question, I want to apply to Ross R2, but want to apply on my GRE score of 1360. Is this score too low for Ross? Should I give the GMAT and apply next year?

Guys, there is no space on the application to list ECs and community service.

I already have my resume in a single page but was thinking of extending it to two pages to include more details on my ECs and Community involvements. Is this what everyone is doing or am i missing something here.

Or is it advisable to use the additional information section (page 10 on app) to upload these details separately.

On the application the section for activities and honors is only for BBA and MA applicants.

Any comments???

My understanding is that recommendations should be submitted by the deadline in order to be considered.

I have a question regarding the GMAT score.
Do we need to send our official score for application evaluation or can self reported scores be used? I understand official scores are required if granted admission, but do we need to send them in as part of our application.
Thanks.

When I applied, I had to pay GMAC to have them send the scores to ross during the application because the school said they were missing. However, the school made it seem like it's not a physical mailing but a computer system access thing because they got my info the same day after I paid.

You mentioned "a couple of days" to "a week". Do you remember exactly how much leeway the recommender has after the deadline.
One of my recommender is traveling to China and i believe will not be back before the 8th. So the earliest i think he can submit is the 9th (3rd business day after the deadline). Do you think this should be fine with the adcom? I would have called them but they have been closed for a while now due to the holiday season. Nervous times.

well, another question on the app, damm i seem to be posting a lot of these on the forum

Q1 - There is only provision to enter 2 of the profiles and im guessing the adcome will take the rest off the resume.

Q2- for total WE they ask for the total no of months from graduation till enrollment in Ross, but on the employer section what should i enter "Number of months employed: " should this again be till enrollment in Ross. ie i started my latest job in London in October, so should i enter 3 months or should i enter 10(ie till aug 2012" ??

The Ross online application is a pain!!!
I submitted my application and got an email that confirms my submission.
I wanted to make sure that everything was put in the right place but the 'view print copy' doesn't show my uploaded essays and other data I submitted...

Is this correct or is there any way I can see my full package including submitted essays and stuff...?

In the 'review your activity' section, it only says:
Submitted Forms: Application to University of Michigan Ross School of Business

Plus, is the 'review your activity' section the only place where I can see my status change?
For example, does it show any status changes like 'your application is being reviewed' like other schools do?
Will it change to 'invited to interview' once I am invited to interview?

I need to send one of my recommenders a second email so he can log in to finish his recommendation, but I already submitted my app, and it appears I can't get to the manage recommenders site, https://www.applyweb.com/cgi-bin/ustat?app_code=umross. I assumed that I could submit before my recommenders were done, is this not correct for Ross? Also, does someone have the email that the recommendation email is sent from so my boss can search better for the original email?
