Has anyone gotten an invite to interview so far?

constantbottler , I don’t know. May be the applications they received last year in this round did not impress them that much. But this is just an opinion, which is bound to change.

What is the format of the Video Questions and Written Response ? Is there a link to those details ? How long are the video answers supposed to be ?

After you submit your application, you'll receive a link where you can practice the video and then you have to submit the 2 video questions, you'll watch the question, then you have 30 secs to think about the answer and 1:30 mins max to answer. After the 2 videos, you can practice the written assignment, and then you will have 10 minutes to write what ever they ask you. There are a lot of examples here on gmatclub.

Each video question is for 1:30mins max or both the questions together need to be answered in 1:30mins

I have just finished my video interview as well. Question(mock): what is the proudest moment of your life? Question 1 : If you have to give advice to your younger self what would it be? Question 2: What is your current mobile wallpaper and why? My real TWR was a bit complex. Mock: Write a resignation mail to your boss Real: Business Case on joining the International Elective at Rotman I didnt know the format of business case and couldnt also write anything substantial as well

Hi all, Wanted a clarification on this year’s spike factor essay prompt. Can we include incidents from our work experience in the essay or does it have to include aspects of stories strictly outside of work.

You should write your case to them. In my opinion chances are low because an MBA cohort is all about perspectives from diverse background and experiences. It’s also about what your bring to the table in a group of people with an average work ex of 5 years. I don’t want to discourage you from applying. Hence, you should get in touch with the adcom and get their opinion on your specific profile.
