Ideally, that will not happen so soon. Few admitted candidates will not accept offer, and then they will pull out their offers for second priority candidates. Once the seats are full, then goodbye to the rest.
This means there is no scholarships if it is not mentioned in your offer letter

From what I came to know from my research, at times,the scholarship offers are rolled out only after 7-10 days of the admission offer. So, stay hopeful.
