In case is useful for someone planning to join Bocconi, I leave here my profile:

Demographics
- Spanish, male, 28 years

Studies
- Industrial engineer (GPA 3.0)
- MsC in Data Science (GPA 3.5)
- Six Sigma Black Belt

Experience
- 1 year as SAP developer (not relevant)
- 2.5 years as start up leader (I joined as first employee and lead the venture). Big data related, we were helping companies to optimize their marketing investments. We grew up to 8 employees and 0.5M€ in turnover.
- 1 year in mobile gaming (top 3 mobile game studio worldwide) as Product Manager. I was in charge of implementing strategic initiatives in the marketing field (for instance, revamp of a model used for optimizing 300 MEUR of marketing investment). Projects I was leading had up to 20 professionals across USA, India and Israel.
- 2 years as Managment consultant in comercial excellence boutique consulting firm. Worked in India, Japan, Poland, Morocco and Spain, in strategic projects related. On top of that, built the data science department of the firm, growing it from 2 to 10 professionals.

Academic credentials
- GMAT Focused 675 (Q75 / V97/I95). Not my best quant TBH, but compensated by background in Data Science.
- TOEFL: 113

1. Strengths
2. Weaknesses
3. Motivation for MBA
4. Qualities of an ideal leader (I'm phrasing from what I remember it could've also been ideal leadership style or something)

It was pretty straight forward imo, nothing much to worry about as the idea is to see how well you can think on your feet.
