(500 words or less) Essay 2 What are your short-term post-MBA career goals (including the target industry, sector, and/or organization) and your long-term ambitions? (100 words or less). Essay for Reapplicants If you are reapplying to the same program after a previous admissions cycle, you are required to submit the following additional essay. Discuss what have you done since your last application to strengthen your candidacy? I contacted adcom about what do I expect next, I was informed that next is decision will be posted on March 13 , I am having bad feeling because I only appeared for one interview

I did , I have not received any response but when I did some research and went through Reddit and gmatclub it says it you are not invited for second round that means you are denied admission

The interview is with the career center. Questions are around your current profession, short term and long term goals, your desired post-MBA career and companies. You may also be asked alternative career you will like to consider, so put that in mind.

I want to update the status , I had my second interview today . I applied for one year MBA program. Interesting thing about my interview was , career management was kind of mainly focused about why not two years MBA ? It sounded like she was forcing me to consider for two year program

Had my second round interview today with Career Management. She asked usual questions about my profile, ST LT goals, backup plans, preferred company, why SMU, why 2 year MBA and why now. She also threw in a few TMAT questions. Some of the questions arose from my answers. She was noting down the points as I spoke and later asked if I had any questions. It was in total 30 minutes. The result should be out in mid March.

I received a call today from Cox School of Business admissions regarding the one-year MBA program. I’m excited to share that I was offered admission along with an $18,000 scholarship. I was hoping for a higher scholarship and would appreciate any advice on submitting a counteroffer or requesting reconsideration. Do they typically increase scholarships after a formal request?
