Agree! I asked a former student and apparently, Cox shall mostly release decisions only on the 22nd. We still have the entire week to get through

The small class size isn't helping too, with international students reserved at around 20-25% seats

The interview should be similar to interview 1 with more focus on your post mba goals. IMO they want to know that you are willing to be flexible with your post mba goals, like consulting, tech, GM etc. Tell them you are willing to explore multiple industries. This gives them confidence that they can work with you and it increases your chances of employment. But do have a reasoning in why you selected a particular industry/position. Don't be vauge.
