I just had my interview yesterday with an alum in Mexico City. I found the interviewer to be extremely likable and had very interesting background. To my suprise, the interview was much like Wharton's in terms of behavioral questions. I only got four questions and only the first one was "normal". He started off by talking about himself and by telling me that the questions would be behavioral based. Then the questions began.
1) What is your biggest accomplishment and why?
2) Tell me about a time when you dealt with frustration.
3) Tell me about a time when you overused authority (not the exact way he told me, but he was basically asking me of a time when I used my authority too much as an entrepreneur)
4) Tell me about a time when you worked on a team that exceeded expectations.
5) Tell me about a time when you worked in a difficult team setting.
He then proceeded to talk about his experience in the GSB, we talked about other schools, and he told me that the only guy he interviewed for the first round was not admitted... Hopefully that's not the case here! Good luck to everyone!
