How can we provide information to AdCom which will prove authenticity of side hustles? I have helped a small scale restaurant to expand and have build strategy for them to grow. They don’t have any official mail, but they do have company Gmail.

Even though I have only 2 years of work experience, I have got promoted twice in this period. Will this add value to my application? I will be having 3 yoe by the time I join the college

this will certainly add value, you can mention these details in the employment history or you can ask your recommender to mention it, yes, workex would be 3

It would be best to find a client with official email but incase you don’t have such clients you can reach out to the AdCom and explain the situation. If you have other options of recommendation such as a partner or manager that maybe suitable too

It would be best to find a client with official email but incase you don’t have such clients you can reach out to the AdCom and explain the situation. If you have other options of recommendation such as a partner or manager that maybe suitable too

Thanks DD06, I already have a full time job, so getting LORs won’t be a problem.
I’m worried about proving authenticity of my side projects where I have taken responsibilities and have tried to expand my skill sets. These skill sets are going to be useful for me post MBA. S
hould I just go ahead explaining the situation to the AdCom or should I avoid mentioning it, as my client don’t have an official mail?

you should definitely mention them, you can mention them in your essay or employment history section

You can talk about them in Additional essay too if you feel like it. Don’t worry about authenticity. As long as you tell the true story and deliver correctly, the AdCom is pretty good at telling what is made up and what’s real.
