That’s a tough question. I can’t think of anything specific that really stood out. Only thing I remember that the application was pretty straight forward. A single essay to write.
Also, there were 2 attempts to record the answer for the video question. That was a relief because I messed up the first time.

I got waitlisted with a granted test score waiver and wants knows if any of the admits here got in with the waiver, because I was thinking it’s the reason for still being on the waitlist. Meanwhile I plan to reapply

Re the app waiver, yes I did get an application waiver. There are many ways to get a waiver for Tepper application. I got it through Access membership

I did not apply for test score waiver but I belive that if you were granted a test waiver by Tepper then that should not impact your chances for admission.
You might want to look at other aspects of your application and work on improving those this time?

It is always good to have a higher gpa. If this is something that you could improve, it would definitely strengthen your profile and improve your chances of selection.

Improving your gpa will definitely improve your chances.
You could also revisit your essays and resume. Make sure that you focus on your leadership qualities.

Of course. Getting a recommendation from an alumni will add a lot of value to your candidature.
However, it is always best to get recommendation from someone you have worked closely with and who could provide specific instances of when you have demonstarted leadership qualities in your professional life. If this manager can do that for you, then you are set.
