Been peeping on this forum for a long time, I got a ding letter today so I thought I'd share my story.

About two years work experience, corporate finance
23 years old
3.5 GPA Finance undergrad
Undergrad EC's were solid and included leadership positions, average EC's since graduation
I felt confident in my recommendations and essays
Interviewed on campus, and I didn't have any major mistakes, but I didn't feel like it went all that smooth. Stuttered through some questions and didn't answer others as directly as I could have.
UT was my top choice going into this process, but I visited/interviewed with another program (ranked right about the same as UT) that I was much more impressed with. UT became my second choice school, but the ding still stings! It's also really discouraging and nerve-wracking as I wait for the admissions decision from my top school. Ohh, well - burnt orange is an ugly color anyhow
. Good luck to the rest of you waiting for your decisions; I hope you get the phone call instead of the letter!

I wouldn't worry about the duration. My interview only lasted for about 20 minutes and it went well enough that I got in. As long as you were able to answer the questions well, you should be fine.
