Yeah I'd be interested to know the source as well. It seems too early for R2 invites, relative to R1. The admissions blog doesn't say anything about it.
2 members on our forum indicated they received interview invites yesterday around 4pm - boogs and bonethugsnhominy.
It makes me suspect that they make these decisions throughout the day and send out notices at the end of day.
However, that's just speculation on my part - sorry to alarm you.

So, in general, you're guessing there's a batch of interview invites sent out each afternoon....I gotcha now. Instead of religiously refreshing my inbox this afternoon, I will do so each afternoon between now and mid-fabruary
Yes, that's what I deduced. I thought it would help me quit thinking about it throughout the day and obsessively refreshing...but it's not working
It is very early though and there's no use killing ourselves with anxiety. Checking in the late PM once is probably as much time as we should spend thinking about it. They probably won't be sending out invites too late into the evening.

Hi everyone, I applied Round 2 (dropped on the last day possible) and I received my Anderson invite via email yesterday at 5 pm EST. My basic stats: 710 GMAT / Female / 3.7 GPA ivy league / 5 yrs WE at matriculation (strat consulting and start-up work) / New York. Good luck to everyone still waiting for an invite!
Congrats to all who have received an interview invite.
<----------- Hoping that there are still more to come! Judging by the R1 results earlier in this thread, the majority of invites seem to have been released within a 3 week period. Thus, since it seems that they began releasing R2 invites last Monday, hopefully that means that there's still at least a solid 2 weeks left of invites to be released!
