I am a R3 applicant. My application status still shows "awaiting GMAT score report" even though I took my last GMAT 4/22 and the official score report was sent to Anderson 4/28.

Is anyone having this issue?

I took mine on 4/6, reported to UCLA on 4/13 and didn't show up on UCLA app until 5/3. . .

I would expect yours to show up this week. Keep checking!

Hi there, Congratulations , did you get call/decision email from UCLA about R3 admission ? If so when ? Are they releasing the admits for R3 2017 ?
Thanks

Hi Folks,

I was admitted to UCLA's FEMBA for class of 2020 recently. To those who are still waiting for their decisions, good luck!

I have a bit of conundrum. A week after my interview with adcom at Anderson, I was let go from my job. I know you must hold a full-time position when you enroll in the Fall, and I was wondering if anyone has any insight into how to go about obtaining this employment? Through UCLA or via my own network?

Thanks for your advice, everyone!

You do not have to work when enrolling. There were several people in my year that started unemployed.

Thanks a lot for your response! I'll consult with admissions to discuss next steps, and I don't feel so anxious anymore. 8-)

Hello, and thank you! I was actually an applicant to the full-time program, but after being rejected I was referred to FEMBA. I had my interview on April 14, and was notified last Tuesday, May 16th by call then e-mail. I realize this probably isn't so helpful for your case, but just to let you know, I was supposed to know by May 24th on final decision. If you're still waiting, I think R3 decisions are by June 23rd, so I'd count on hearing starting in a week or two. :-D

Got it. Congratulations on your acceptance! Do you know why you were waitlisted? Did you do anything to get off it?

Not sure why I was waitlisted; the email from the status page said GMAT score, GPA, or work experience. I retook the GMAT in 2 weeks after being waitlisted.

I have flexibility to do either section. Does anyone know if there are traditional differences in the available sections? I'd assume that obviously the weeknight students would typically live & work closer to UCLA. However, are certain industries or demographics more or less represented in the Weekend vs Weeknight sections? For example, do older/married students tend to pick one section over another? Is one more involved with clubs or social events than others?

Just got the call -- accepted! Also, eligible for fellowship.

Best of luck to those still awaiting final decisions, as well as those starting FEMBA this Fall.

Congratulations! Can you elaborate on the fellowship? Do you need to do anything additional?

Thank you! They said that the fellowship does require an additional "application". That being said, they insinuated that the fellowship is essentially guaranteed and that the application is just to confirm interest. They mentioned that the fellowship was $10K (one time). That seems pretty consistent with the information I have heard in the past.

I'm definitely honored to have been accepted at Anderson. Although, I actually committed to USC Marshall over the weekend (prior to getting this news from Anderson) in part because they offered me a very compelling fellowship (50% tuition).

Best of luck to everyone going forward. Feel free to PM me if anyone would like to connect offline, although I understand if you don't associate with TROJANS (haha!!).

Anyone hear anything for round 3 yet? I've been on the fence holding out on another amazing program to wait on Anderson (I live 15 minutes away from UCLA which makes my decision suuper hard). I would hate to forgo an awesome program if i dont get in.
