I just realized I did something incredibly stupid!
So one of my recommenders is my manager at the firm I worked at last. In my essays, I've frequently referred to my interactions with her. However, I've used the name she prefers to be known by at work, which is different from her formal name (that I put in as the recommender's name).
I'm concerned Wharton AdCom members will get confused, or--even worse--find my application dishonest or suspicious. Should I call Wharton's attention to this? If so, how?

Do you actually use names in an essay? Why? Nicknames or otherwise? Not sure how to draw attention.. Perhaps just let it be and hope they won't notice.

Go to France... I worked there for a year and I had about 38 days of vacations (almost 2 months) + something like 10 national holidays. Awesome.
