I'm crossing my fingers that the order of submission has something to do with it, as I made the deadline by a mere 2 minutes.

Received an interview about a week ago and interviewed in London. now waiting for the next 6 weeks to fly past..

Any info on the interview please?

Usually between 30 - 60 minutes depending on the interviewee. I heard adcom are more likely to stick to the tighter end of the range with alumni the reverse. interviewer was very friendly and extremely accomplished. Very bullish about wharton and enjoyed time there. They have a list of questions that they pick to interview you and can choose to ask you either follow up questions based on your answers and/or probe into different parts of your cv. Interview is blind so all they have is your Cv. most questions are predictable - check clearadmit wiki for examples- and bschool interviews are generally more similar than dissimilar. The difficult occurs when they ask you atypical questions or choose to probe more into you 'why did you change jobs etc'. Best advice is to know your story V well and be able to express it. also understand that the interviewer is generally neutral and is only a piece of the puzzle. you want to have a decent/good interview but its not going to be the decisive factor as to whether you get in or not. Fells a lot better once its over although then the waiting game starts.

Good luck.

Not to worry anyone but I have it on good authority that R2 stats are usually lower -- they hover around 1 in 3 admitted after interviewed. All the more reason to go the extra mile :)

Here's a question for you folks, when you select your alumni's, do you look for people in your profession/industry or someone outside? I have tried both and I tend to side with people in the same profession/industry. Thoughts?
