I've gotten two calls from unknown numbers today that hang up shortly after (I hear background noise). I'm sure it's just a telemarketer, but it's driving me insane. :shock:

Guys, this is a tough time, and I am sure we are all anxious. There is a convenient venting thread as a part of GMATclub: venting-thread-87025-220.html . Please, use that for anything that has to do with anxiety, but not Wharton. This way, we don't keep everyone's e-mail and heart throbbing unnecessarily while we are waiting for the first call announcement. Thank you in advance!

Just a heads up

I just had a call this morning with the Director of Admissions of Wharton, and they are in the final stages of making their decision (that's what she said~ they are now putting in decisions online- and will be making calls shortly) so hold your breath- it's coming

that was two hours ago btw..and I'm an R1 admit in case you're curious

Guys I'm not sure that's what criduchat meant...Just because they're in the system doesn't mean the decisions will be released today. But what do I know?

Yes, and according to the admissions office interview email, it will say that until final decisions are released tomorrow.

Are you in San Diego CA? That's where the next event is. Email probably went to everyone from that city; doesn't mean a thing either way.

If you are caught deciding between Wharton and some other school (a good situation to be in), come to Wharton. It is the best school in the world.

I would recommend the MyWharton page, because the results will get updated automatically on both, and MyWharton holds its session so you don't have to log back in every few minutes. If you see a change in MyWharton, then you should go to the ApplyYourself site.
