I dont think I have ever been happier about a ding! After the way most of us R1 WLers were treated I am convinced that I wouldnt fit in at W. It was very poor form, my commiserations to those who have once again been WL - especially if you are an Intl applicant

Oh come ON!! Re-Waitlisted again.
I am an international applicant, so not sure what this all means any more.
Next update: July 9th. This is like a bad date that refuses to end.
I am Waitlisted again as well (3rd time is the charm). At least they said July is final. I have heard of people who were waitlisted 3 times and admitted for the year after (if this happens to us it would be class of 2013 instead of 2012). Wharton may be able to get expedited visa processing for internationals, but the FAFSA for domestic students closes June 30. I asked admissions, and they said we can complete the FAFSA even if waitlisted and it won't kick in unless we are admitted. One way or the other, I am working on a backup plan as well. If admitted in July, I would be happy to join Wharton. If not, I can resort to alternative options as well, including a re-application
Schools: NYU-R1 wait-list w/iv , Wharton-R2 (summer-waitlist; fall2010), INSEAD R2 (jan'11), CBS fall 2011 ED

Way to go raising my hopes again with that whole class-of-2013 info But jokes apart, I am re-applying as well. The only problem is logistical vis a vis paying INSEAD's fee (if I get in) and THEN getting into Wharton would be a big dent in finances.

Waitlist again, I am not very happy with how Wharton is handling this. Too many things to take care before school, I think I am going to Booth. Good luck to everyone who is still on the list.

Booth is an excellent school, good luck! If you are confident you want to do this, please, ping Wharton. Who knows, maybe they will ease our pain as a result. Wishing you all the best!

Dinged as well, but extremely relieved to know where I'm going for sure. Can finally start securing an apartment, and the million other things to do to get ready for school! Good luck to those still on the list, may your continued torment result in admissions.

Freedom arrives! Didn't get in but even happier to just know. Will have to sharpen up the app for round 1, so not much time to waste. Good luck to everyone going somewhere this fall and see you again for any re-applicants in the coming months
