Is there extension for recommenders to submit the LoR?

Guys. Quick question, is the LoR following the GMAC template? The GMAT club MBA hub says otherwise But when I go and check the Wharton website it says it is the GMAC CLOR template

i want to confirm - my recommender is my founder - he is insisting that his EA submits it from her laptop, and he wont open the link in his laptop - will that be an issue? or should i ask him to fill it only also his EA sent the link to me, and i accidently opened the link - do they track who opens the link - in this case should i resend the link to my founder?
