Just got this. Once again best of luck to everyone:

Interview Decisions
· The Admissions Committee will begin to release interview invitations on Wednesday, October 29th and will continue this process through Wednesday, November 12th.
On November 12th all applicants not invited to interview will receive notification via the online application system that they have been denied admission to Chicago GSB for the Class of 2011.

got that too. Also interesting:

If you have not already submitted your official transcripts and GMAT/Language test scores to the GSB we highly encourage you to do so now.

What do you think they mean, our official sealed ones?

Yea I think they want the official sealed ones. Which is interesting since the app didn't say that they needed the transcript until after interview decision was released...I'll have mine sent tomorrow...

I do remember the site said official Transcript wasn't necessary until you come for interview. I had mine sent anyway because my undergrad provides them for free and I needed to do one for Haas. Did Chicago at the same time.

Yeah, call your undergraduate institution(s) registrar's office and tell them what you need to do. It should be pretty easy as they do it all the time. You may even be able to do it online depending on how advanced the school's technology is.

What are people's status' showing? I am still showing incomplete, I assume it's because of the fact they don't have my official GMAT scores yet or transcript. I sent my GMAT scores months ago-- anybody else having a similar status?

Mine is complete - I scanned my transcript and sent my GMAT scores in early September. You may want to contact them?

You should have received an email from Rose today. Basically, they will be verifying everything until Oct 28th.

My app just went complete:

Your status has changed to "Complete". Your application under review by the admissions committee. Although your application is under review this does not mean that all "official" documents such as GMAT/TOEFL or official transcripts have been received. Please login to your application and check the printable status report to view all received items. A final decision can not be rendered without all official transcripts and score reports.

I believe that official transcripts don't have to be provided until the interview -- as in I can just take sealed envelopes. Is this correct?

Also, I selected the GSB as one of the 5 schools to send GMAT scores to, so I don't need to send them official scores, right? Right now my status says test scores haven't been verified.

My app's complete too. woo.

Also, soni I dont think you need to resend your GMAT scores...they should have them if you selected them as one of the 5 schools. Maybe give them a phone call to verify?

This better be the case. Otherwise, what's the point of the official report? GMAC!!!!! *shakes fist*

Mine just went complete as well :) Chicago adcom have been awesome in this process, I had some hiccups with my app and they were really helpful. The school is definitely moving up on my list for one of my top top choices..

For what its worth, for the last two years running, I seem to recall people getting all worked up over the "status" of their application - tests verified, tests not verified, etc. I think that in all but 1 case, everything was absolutely fine, so don't get too worked up - at least not yet anyway.
