Hah! I was actually thinking more in terms of Star Trek... you know, boldly going where no (wo)man has gone before? But I'm a sci-fi junkie, so almost anything in that genre reiterates my main point. I know there are lots of other problems out there worth solving, but I'm woefully equipped to even try solving 99% of them.

status updated to 'complete' today morning..finally...if adcom's are working saturday's i guess they really have a huge app volume this R2..

anyway, now just wait and watch for the interview invite...given my app is being reviewed so late, i expect a last day invite..

GSB does seem like the most popular school around here.
Does not come as a surprise to me. I was absolutely blown away when I visited them for Chicago GSB Live.

What the ****? Just received a mail from the AdCom that my app is incomplete because I did not provide the official transcript and if I fail to provide it by 1 Feb they will move it to R3! Wasn't it clearly stated somewhere in the app instructions that the official transcript must be provided before an interview? Or am I just plain stupid?

P.S. :moped I'm off to DHL office tomorrow a.s.a.p.

wow that's pretty crappy
maybe you can scan and email it to them? (so that at least they get it by feb 1st)
that way you won't have to worry whether or not it reaches by that deadline :)

You are correct, helg. Perhaps it's a mistake, or maybe there was something wrong with your self reported transcript...? I'd definitely give them a call tomorrow first thing.

Helg, send it anyway. If you send tomorrow, it will be in Chicago by Feb 1st. As you have the time zone issue there's no need to wait man, otherwise if you call them, and they say: as you are a re-applicant we need an official transcript, you may be screwed.

I'd send it tomorrow first thing in the morning, if I were you.
