I will be on Friday afternoon for classes.

If you can choose the class to watch and are interested in capital markets Portfolio Management with Pastor would be my recommendation (the class I will be at). For those interested in IBanking there is on Friday afternoon International Corp Fin with Rajan. Strategy, during Morning New Venture Strategy with Schrager.

My deposit is in. I'll see you guys in the fall.

Admit Weekend really sold me by not trying to sell me anything. Their unique "question everything" approach will benefit our thought processes when we are making the tough decisions later in our careers. Now I'm just questioning what took me so long to choose Booth over the other choices. I think I need to take a decision-making class or something.

Good luck to Round Three peeps! They have the round because they want to admit more students!

Is there any way to find out what percentage of Round 3 applicants get in? I am only interested to satisfy my curiosity...

By the way, I am a round 3 applicant - 24 / 770 GMAT / 4.0 at top 30 school / 3 years we as an Operations Manager and I interviewed off campus a couple of weeks ago.

I hope so. I got a late start on applying (took the GMAT on the due date of the round 3 application, just came home, typed in the numbers and clicked 'submit'), so Chicago is the only school I applied to...

ha... ok then. I think you have a pretty solid shot. Your numbers will make it difficult for any school to turn you down (all other things being equal, of course). Good luck and hopefully, see you in the fall!

What about a big get-together in September, let's say just before LOE? I would ask a couple of guys from my class, rhyme, maybe Rose (why not?) to open it :) Thoughts?

Hello,

I am quite excited. Do you think that I have a chance in this very competitive round?

Round 3 applicant, 29, interviewed very late, German with Vietnamese parents, Gmat 690, Top German state university, 1 year several internships in Finance in America, Europe, Vietnam, 2 years Tier 1 Consulting in Germany, 2 years PE in Vietnam, 0.5 years independent Consultant for M&A and Strategy in Vietnam, former Communications head of stock market federation of students (6000 members), CFO for stock market club in undergrad, active Couchsurfing member, traveler.
