Are you familiar with Priceline.com? I booked the Marriott Residence Inn down the street from campus for $40 per night. Pretty good deal if you ask me. The hotel was decent, too.

If you don't want to use Priceline.com, just go to Kayak.com and you can sort Houston hotels by location and price and book directly through the hotel.

You can also use both sites to book rental cars if you happen to need one.

I'll bet you can come close to that. I can't imagine that there is a whole lot of demand for travel this time of year.

Do we need to send the official transcripts by mail before been admited? If so, I really didn't noticed that, because all other BS asked it only after acceptance.

Your application will not reviewed for admission until your official undergraduate transcripts are received by the admissions office. You can submit your transcripts before or after your application, but your file will not be reviewed until all required information is submitted.
