So has anyone who has been accepted received their admit binder yet? I still haven't received it, which I think is crazy. Maybe they're saving postage and will give them at Admit weekend ;)

I know.

I can understand being swamped by volume of apps in R2. But, it is ridiculous that R1 Admits dont even have a binder. All the they have to show for their admit is a cold email. No phone calls. Nothing.

Is this a blip on the radar for UCLA or has this been the trend in recent cycles?

Interview is finally over (whew!). Total time was an hour and 45 minutes. I *think* it went well, but we'll see.
Did it with an alum straight out of the 2007 class and it was very relaxed and conversational.

The usual questions
*Why an MBA now?
*Why Anderson?
*Strengths and weaknesses?

The one that threw me for a curve was the very last one.
*You meet with the head of admissions, give your best 30 second elevator speech on why you should be admitted.
It just caught me off guard. Could have probably answered it better than I did.

Now comes the waiting game.

Anyone else get an interview invite yet?

Well, I for one would be happy with a status complete email. Looks like you had a great interview. Based on R1, I think anyone who interviews has more than 70% chance of getting in. I am sure you wll get an admit. All the best!

So much to surprise, when I got home last night, a box from UCLA was on my front porch! Guess better late than never. The binder is good and has pretty good information. Hopefully they will be more timely in later rounds...

just got mine in the mail... they sent it priority mail (versus Haas with FedEx). The binder is nice though, nicer dividers than Haas... I guess I'm going to UCLA now! :wink:

Still no word on scholarships...

Well seems UCLA is moving really slow this year...considering how late the R1 admits got their binders.

However, does anyone have any idea how long after the status complete email can one expect to see an update? My app's been complete for a while and nothing seems to have happened. I hate to think that the UCLA game is over for me but......:-(

Two days running I'm trying to submit my application for R3 and have problems with payment. I was really surprised by lack of any qualified support. All that it was said - "try again" though it was evident that the problem on the school's side.

UCLA Anderson is a good school, but admission process organization is the worst I've ever known! :(

I received my Anderson interview invite this morning! I will be taking a bit of a risk by interviewing off-campus w/ an alum, but I have no choice as I have work and volunteer commitments that will not allow me to make the trip. We'll see how it goes...
