As stated in the topic - am I allowed to bring coffee? The GMAT handbook rules sometimes say drink allowed or water allowed, not sure if that excludes coffee.

As stated in the topic - am I allowed to bring coffee? The GMAT handbook rules sometimes say drink allowed or water allowed, not sure if that excludes coffee.
I was allowed to bring in water in clear cups provided by the test center, however, I am not certain if that's allowed in every place.
I would definitely avoid to bring anything in bottles that are not see through, but in your case I would just give the test center a call to understand what their rules are.

While individual Test Facilities might have different rules regarding what you can take into the Computer Lab with you, the general rule is that you are NOT allowed to take any food/drink into the Computer Lab at any point during the Exam. Arro44 offers a good suggestion; contact your Testing Facility directly (far in advance of when you are scheduled to take your Exam) and ask. That way, you can make the necessary adjustments to how you take your practice CATs - and better prepare for the specific parameters that you will face when you take your Official GMAT.
