Hi there, It’s the first time I will be taking the GMAT. I’ve been out of school for very long and will need to put in a lot of effort to do well on the test. I wanted to do this back in 2022, but got nervous and backed out. I still have some of the resources: GMAT official guide 2022 and GMAT Advanced Quant Manhattan Prep. I understand the GMAT test has changed significantly. Can I still use these resources for certain sections? I have a very limited budget. Can you advise what the best resources will be?

Hi

You can use GMAT Advanced Quant Manhattan Prep excluding Geometery. For GMAT official guide 2022, skip SC and geometery portion on quant side. But you still need to learn strategies to solve DI questions and practice the same. You practice DI question here on GMAT Club.

If possible, consider getting the latest official-guide. It'll save you having to sift through what's still relevant and what may not be included.

GMAT has indergone some changes and its best to understand the new structure with types of question.

The focus has shifted from Algebra to Word Problems significantly so please make sure that you spend enough time on those questions

Geometry and Co-ordinate are out and so is SC.

But yes old material of Manhattan is decent to work on Quant and Verbal.
