yes, i used my work resume as my mba resume (with a few minor tweaks). keep in mind this work resume was used when i first graduated from college and recruiting for entry level jobs so it lists extracurriculars / volunteering activities, etc.

I didn't use a separate resume for my MBA applications. For me it was one and the same.

As far as listing EC involvement in undergrad, I do have 2 lines devoted to this on my resume. But then again, I'm only 3 years out of school and I would probably leave this information on even if I was applying for a job.

What do you mean by "MBA resume"? Are you referring to the resume you used to apply to Bschool, or the resume you used in bschool while applying for internships?
What's your situation now? Have you graduated? Details please.

Have limited no. of work ex, so I was thinking of using the same resume to apply to other jobs, but I think I probably need to eliminate college related activities.
