Hi aduuuu,
The option to 'Cancel' your GMAT Score is an all-or-nothing option - meaning that if you Cancel your Score, then NO ONE gets to see that result. Based on what you're asking about, I assume that you might not happy with your recent Score. Most Schools generally do not care if you take the GMAT more than once though - so having more than one Official Score on your record is likely not a problem. That having been said, if you're that concerned, then the only way to make sure that nobody sees that result is to Cancel it.
Before I can offer you any additional advice, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) How did you score on the Official GMAT (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
2) How long have you studied? How many hours do you typically study each week?
3) What study materials have you used so far?
4) On what dates (or approximate dates) did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
Goals:
5) What is your overall goal score?
6) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
