Can someone please throw some light on the career advancement strengths of SBS? The information on the website is limited and old (2011/2012). I am looking to get into consulting after Said. Mckinsey had only two hires in 2012 from a class of 180. Has that number improved?
Another question: The average salary reported at Said is 66,000 GBP. I am assuming this number does not include gauranteed year-end bonuses, sign on bonuses etc correct?
Will any current students chime in?
Thanks a lot

The new employment report is now out. Mckinsey hired two consultants this year as well. Both are Rhodes Scholars i.e. the most prestigious scholarship in Oxford.
I'm in a similar situation. I have been accepted to Oxford and am wanting to learn more about the recruiting opportunities for consulting before I make my decision to accept Said's offer. Any insight from current/previous students would be greatly appreciated.
Whiplasher: Would love to see a more recent report (for graduating class of 2015) if one exists publicly. Do you have a link? PS: Enjoyed your blogging efforts, thanks!
