A should be the answer
it assumes that it is eating cereals that is leading to exercising and not the other way around.
Hence arg infers a cause for what could be a corelation.

Why C is not Correct ?
Because it is nowhere mentioned that cereal has anything to do with fitness, it is just a mere correlation and does not prove any point.
Why A is correct?
Because it states that a conclusion is being drawn by the author from a mere correlation.
