I live here in chicago (WL, somewhat international applicant). As someone said earlier, yes, last year for R3/WL the calls seemed to have gone out, very late, way after lunch. Keep the faith people!
Voyager, timing it's based on geographies, they start in the morning with the far east, and work their way toward europe, africa, then reach US around noon-ish.
One year from now, next year's round 3 candidates will be ignoring their job functions and frantically mashing F5 on a page just like this one, just like we are.
