Last year it looks like calls didn't go out until ~2:30PM local time the day before the deadline. This could be a long, long day (especially for those of us on the east coast and beyond!).

From the previous couple of rounds, I gleaned that the adcom respected time zones, and didn't call too late in any given time zone. I don't have any concrete numbers, but I wouldn't expect a call after 10PM.
One year from now, next year's round 3 candidates will be ignoring their job functions and frantically mashing F5 on a page just like this one, just like we are.
