Congratulations on your choice.
There's one thing I didnt quite get thought. Based on what facts do you assume that INSEAD students would be " more interesting, more mature, much more global, less cut-throat competitive class than Wharton ". I am sure this statement might be offending to somebody who considers attending or applying to Wharton.
Besides, there are some cons about INSEAD that you did not consider (or list )
For instance, cost of living in Singapore or France would be significantly higher than the one in Philly. Singapore would rank as the most expensive place on Earth to live in, probably trailing only to Switzerland. France is up there too
I am not familiar with how things work in Singapore, but in France, in order to get a job there or anywhere else in the EU, your employer needs to prove to the respective government that basically it cannot find a EU citizen for the job, and then you can get a work permit. In fact, the economy in France (and the whole EU except for Germany) is very very bad and its difficult even for locals to find a good job.
Do you speak French ? Europeans are very proud with their languages and you might find it difficult to get the most out of your experience in France without knowing French. Might be even more difficult to get an internship / job without knowing the local language.
And last, the French town where INSEAD is located is basically a small village with not so many things to do
There are also other little and not-so-little problems that Europe is facing now - rise of very right wing parties in the EU (and local) Parliaments, increased crime, and, the worst of all, increased levels of radical Islam in major cities (with Paris and London leading)
For these reasons, I would have chosen Wharton.
